Biography
Farah Qureshi is a neuroscience practitioner and single mother of three, born and raised in Denmark to Indian-Pakistani parents. She helps people of all ages understand and improve their brain and mental health through QEEG brain scans, neurofeedback, and hypnosis. Her work bridges the gap between complex neuroscience data and practical, lasting change in everyday life, showing people not just what is happening in their brain, but how to actively reshape it. Farah is known for translating neuroscience for a broader audience through her online content and speaking engagements, making brain health accessible, actionable, and free of jargon. She is passionate about empowering people to take ownership of their mental wellbeing using real data rather than guesswork.
